All access points, distribution centers, main nodes, and the connections between them were defined in a layered manner. The use of management switches, VLAN separation for different units, and consideration of high-capacity routers were the central core of this design.

Server room design: combining security, efficiency and thermal management

In the next step, the server room was designed and equipped in accordance with current international standards. The location of the room was selected based on factors such as physical stability, limited access, proper ventilation, and distance from risk sources such as high-voltage power lines.

Raised floors, standard racks, air conditioning with temperature and humidity control, thermal sensors, and fire alarms were some of the equipment installed in this implementation phase. Cable management using structured cabling principles and the use of cable ladders and horizontal ducting added a special order and beauty to the space.

Server installation and setup; empowering the organization's digital core

To meet the diverse needs of the organization, several powerful servers with different roles were set up. Installation of central servers with secure and stable operating systems, RAID configuration, resource partitioning, and assignment of separate roles were among the measures taken.

Services such as a central directory, file sharing, automatic backup, and human resource management were enabled on these servers. All of these services were implemented in a virtualized environment to save resources and facilitate access and control of the systems.

Setting up a VDI server; the future of productivity in the hands of the user

In keeping with Pasha Exir Pars' modern approach to productivity, a VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) server was also implemented. This infrastructure provides users with access to virtual desktops from anywhere and with any device.

The use of encrypted protocols to connect to desktops, the ability to control resources precisely, reduce hardware costs, and increase data security were some of the obvious benefits of this system. Users connected to their personalized and secure work environment with just a username and password.

Setting up a File Server; Digital Order in Information Sharing

To facilitate the process of sharing information between different units, a file server was set up with a logical tree structure. Shared folders were designed separately for the financial, administrative, technical and management departments, and access levels were set based on each user's role. Periodic backups of sensitive information, data encryption and user activity logging created an additional layer of security and reliability for this service.

Wireless communication between two stores; borderless connection, no need for wires

One of the special features of the Pasha Elixir Pars project was the creation of a wireless connection between two physical locations of the company (two stores), which was carried out using outdoor wireless equipment and high-precision directional antennas.

The distance between these two points was optimized by analyzing environmental conditions, frequency interference, and direct line of sight. The installed equipment created a stable and uninterrupted connection using secure protocols such as WPA3 and high-level encryption. File exchange, use of a central printer, and access to shared systems were possible from both locations.

VoIP services; intelligent voice communications

In the field of voice communications, VoIP was implemented as a modern alternative to traditional telephones. Asterisk-based digital call center, SIP-based extensions, IP phones, and a management panel were among the features implemented in this sector.

Users could manage incoming and outgoing calls via a web panel, record conversations, and transfer calls to other units. Organization managers were also able to answer organizational calls from outside the company premises.

Installing CCTV cameras and transmitting images from outside the organization; uninterrupted security

In order to maintain the physical security of assets and control the internal and external environments, CCTV cameras were installed at key points in two company units. The cameras were selected based on different needs (night vision, waterproof, wide viewing angle).

Also, by launching an image transmission system from outside the organization, managers were provided with the ability to view camera images in real time via the Internet, with only authentication. This capability, utilizing Dynamic DNS and an encrypted platform, had high security and flawless performance.
