Installing industrial standing racks, with independent ventilation equipment, designing cable entry routes in compliance with EMI principles, and installing humidity, smoke, and temperature control sensors indicate the intelligent implementation of a server room in accordance with the requirements of the world today. All components of the server room are monitored through a central monitoring system so that the slightest disturbance is immediately identified and resolved.

 

Server Setup – Intelligent Processing Core

In order to utilize centralized services, multiple software servers were implemented on the physical infrastructure. Two critical services at this stage included the following:

 

Kerio Connect; Encrypted Enterprise Communication

Implementing Kerio Server provided a secure and organized platform for exchanging information, sending internal emails, managing shared calendars, and integrating employee communications.

Anti-spam capabilities, built-in firewall settings, user access levels, and complete message archiving make this system a powerful communication solution. Connecting via Outlook, smartphone, or Webmail provides users with great flexibility.

 

File Server; Shared resource management with a multi-tier structure

Next, the file server was designed with a hierarchical structure based on the organization's workgroups. Each organizational unit was connected to its own dedicated folders with defined access levels. Active Directory-based access policies were implemented, and a scheduled backup system was also set up.

 

Deploying a VDI system; forward-thinking resource utilization

To meet users' needs for a stable, accessible, and secure work environment, the implementation of a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solution was put on the agenda. This solution not only reduced workstation maintenance costs, but also significantly increased information security.

Each user has access to their own virtual desktop via a thin client or browser. These desktops are run in an internal data center and are centrally managed. Features such as Snapshot, restore to the previous version, dynamic allocation of processing resources and security policies for each user were the outstanding advantages of this solution.

 

Structured cabling and video surveillance system installation; security and order at the service of technology

In the cabling phase, all data and power lines were implemented in compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 11801 standard. Horizontal and vertical routes with industrial ducts, noise-proof coating, and separation of strong and weak currents created an orderly and secure platform for data transmission.

Key points such as server rooms, entrances, production lines, parking lots and grounds were covered with Full HD CCTV cameras. These cameras, featuring wide-angle lenses, night vision capabilities and recording on professional NVR devices, provided continuous monitoring and detailed review for the complex’s managers.

Images are stored encrypted in the central system, and remote connection is provided for managers to have complete visual control over the environment from any location.

 

UPS installation and commissioning; ensuring energy stability in critical situations

برای تأمین برق اضطراری تجهیزات حیاتی، سیستم UPS صنعتی با ظرفیت محاسبه‌شده بر اساس توان مصرفی کل زیرساخت، طراحی و نصب گردید. این سیستم شامل دو واحد موازی با قابلیت Load Sharing و Backup مستقل بود.

The batteries were selected from the maintenance-free gel series. The UPS output electrical panel was equipped with a surge protection system, separate fuses for each line, and the ability to monitor instantaneous voltage.

Backup duration was set to approximately 45 minutes for sensitive equipment, and the server room infrastructure was fully connected to this system. Smart UPS monitoring was also implemented via web-based software so that in the event of a disruption, the necessary alerts would be sent to the support team in real time.
