The Project of Axon Sadra Packaging Company Project is one of the most comprehensive and intelligent infrastructure projects in the field of information and communication technology, which was implemented by RayaICT Company with utmost precision and international technical standards. This project not only included the design and implementation of the network in physical and logical dimensions, but also included a combination of software, communication, monitoring and security services.
Network structure design; an architecture based on foresight
In the first step, a comprehensive analysis of the communication and operational needs of Axon Sadra Packaging Company was carried out. Then, the network structure was designed taking into account scalability, security, and high efficiency. In this design, a hybrid topology with a layered approach (Access – Distribution – Core) was used to distribute the traffic load in a logical manner and make network management easier.
VLAN segmentation was implemented based on administrative, financial, production, monitoring, and management units to establish logical and secure separation of information. Also, necessary measures were taken to prevent Broadcast Storm, apply QoS policies, and intelligent routing in the network infrastructure.
Designing and equipping the server room; the beating heart of digital
The project's server room was designed in compliance with the requirements of the TIA-942 standard. An isolated environment, resistant to temperature and humidity fluctuations, and equipped with intelligent monitoring systems for real-time control of physical conditions were among the main features of this space.
Antistatic raised floors, ventilated industrial racks, a precision ventilation system with excess capacity, dedicated UPS, smoke and temperature alarm sensors, and the design of cabling routes separate from other systems formed part of this vital control center.
Server setup; organized and secure communications
Kerio Server; Encrypted intra-organizational communications platform
Kerio server was deployed to seamlessly manage emails, work calendars, organizational tasks, and employee access. With end-to-end encryption, this server acted as a barrier against external intrusions and ensured the security of the organization's information exchange.
Users connected to the service through various interfaces, including Outlook, Webmail, and mobile. Email content filtering system, user space management, and automatic archiving capabilities are among the implementation benefits of this server.
File Server; a structure for regular resource sharing
Next, the file sharing server was designed with a hierarchical structure. Work folders were created based on the organization's unified structure, and user access was controlled using Active Directory. Least Privilege Principle-based policies for granting access strengthened data security. Also, a scheduled backup system for critical files was implemented.
Deploying a VDI virtual server; optimal utilization of processing resources
To provide a secure and accessible work environment, a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure platform was launched. Each employee accesses their own dedicated desktop via a thin client running on central servers.
The advantage of this system is data security, ease of maintenance, easy recovery, dynamic resource allocation, and centralized management. Also, through Snapshots, it is possible to return to previous versions of desktops in case of problems.
Establishing a connection between the factory and the headquarters; geographical data integration
One of the strengths of this project was the creation of a stable, fast, and secure communication link between the factory and the headquarters. This connection was implemented via a dedicated tower and fiber optics, supporting encrypted protocols and using Enterprise-grade equipment.
This communication platform provided a platform for file exchange, virtual meetings, camera monitoring, and data transfer of ERP and financial systems between the two companies with minimal latency and maximum stability.
VoIP services; smart corporate phone
The installation and setup of a VoIP-based telephone system transformed the company's internal and inter-organizational communications. A call center was implemented with auto-answering capabilities, call queuing, call recording, call monitoring, and defining separate extensions for each user.
The system was designed based on Asterisk and implemented on a previously designed network platform. HD call quality, efficient resource usage, and easy upgradeability were among the advantages of this solution.
CCTV cabling and installation; comprehensive and structured surveillance
Implementing cabling by adhering to the principles of separating weak and strong currents, using Cat6 and fiber optic cables, and observing the permitted transmission distances provided a solid foundation for deploying the surveillance system.
High-resolution IP cameras with night vision, motion detection, and PoE support were installed at key locations including production lines, entrances, warehouses, and yards. Images were stored on professional NVRs, and remote monitoring access was provided to managers.
Camera monitoring for security units; instant security
To facilitate continuous monitoring, large industrial monitors with the ability to split the image into multiple channels were installed in the security room. These systems allowed the security unit to simultaneously monitor the cameras, review recorded images, and receive real-time alerts. Along with this system, monitoring software was also configured with different access levels for managers, operators, and security officers.
UPS installation and commissioning; power continuity for critical infrastructure
To ensure the continuity of critical equipment in the event of a power outage, an industrial UPS system with calculated capacity was installed and commissioned. This system provided adequate backup time for the entire infrastructure using long-life, maintenance-free gel batteries.
The output electrical panel was designed with protection against voltage fluctuations, separate fuses, and the ability to manually switch between city power and UPS. A real-time monitoring system was also implemented to check the status of batteries, load, and alarms.
Mast installation and fiber routing; secure communication backbone
A dedicated tower was built to transmit communication signals with wide coverage between the factory and the head office. Engineering design, professional installation, proper grounding, and implementation of fiber optic cabling with industrial connectors were among the measures taken in this section. The fiber platform enabled stable and fast data transmission with minimal latency and served as the communication backbone of the project.
Website design; Digital introduction of the Axon brand
In the final part of the project, a corporate website design was implemented for Axon Sadra Packaging Group with a brand and service introduction approach. The site was implemented with a modern user interface, mobile-friendly version, search engine optimization (SEO), and complete security.
The content included product introductions, services, news, image galleries, and contact information. A content management platform was also provided for the company's internal team to update information without the need for technical expertise.
Conclusion: Combining skill, innovation, and commitment into one integrated project
The Axon Sadra Packaging Company project is a manifestation of a successful implementation in the field of information and communication technology. From the design of the network structure to the implementation of virtual services, from the installation of monitoring systems to the provision of emergency power, and from website design to the construction of the tower, all were carried out within a coherent and professional framework.
RayaICT Company Relying on technical knowledge, field experience, and commitment to quality, it was able to achieve complete client satisfaction in all phases of this project. Today, Axon Sadra Packaging Company has an infrastructure that not only meets its current needs but also ensures its future communication and technology.
